WW Clubs and Groups - What I ate today - week of 6/11
Well I'm a bit late starting this thread seeing as it is the 14th but better late than never!
Anyway this thread is for anyone to join in, not my own personal log but I'll start it off.
Breakfast - nothing (slept most of the morning)
Lunch - protein bar
Afternoon snack - 2 small handfuls popcorn, 1/4 small strawberry julius
Supper - 1/2 serving tortellini, 1 piece of garlic bread with cheese, 1 piece of brushetta bread, 2 small dinner rolls with butter
Water - 1L
Breakfast - protein bar
Lunch - protein bar, 1/2 BBQ'd hamburger patty
Supper - other half take out trotellini, 2 dinner rolls, cinnamon danish
Water - 1.5L
Snack - mini ice cream sandwich, 30 jelly beans

Work midnight snack - peach yogurt, multigrain bagel with low fat cream cheese

I ended up eating a TON mroe crap yesterday, I can't even remember what it was LOL.

dinner: hamburger and bun: 6

B: 2 cups Clifford cereal (2 pts)
1 cup lite soy milk(1 pt)
1/2 sm banana(1/2 pt)
S: mini bag ff popcorn(1pt)
L: rf pb and sf jelly sandwhich on lite ww bread(2 pts) using better n peanut butter only 1 pt per TB:)
Carrot sticks(0 pts)
100 cal cookies(2 pts)
S: Luna bar(3 pts)
D: Southwestern Pasta 1 cup=(6 pts)
1 dk Bavarian roll(2 pts)
Fresh fruit (1 pt)
ST: 2 ww fudgesickles(2 pts)
Total points for the day=22

Red, you can post here or in your own thread if you'd like. Maggie, who seems to have disappeared on us, got us back into posting our menus. We slacked off on it for along while. Mostly we have a thread going for our weekly chats, and this. Sometimes we add in new threads. We used to have a NSV thread...maybe we should start that again. We also used to have a weekly weigh in thread and each week we tallied our losses.
