(going to munch on all day)
1 c Honeycomb cereal 2/7
3/4 c Cinnamon Life cereal 2/9

Lunch:
2 pieces Wonder Light bread 1/10
1 tblsp peanut butter & Sugar free jelly 2/12
1/2 c blueberries & 1/2 c strawberries 1/13
seved over dannon light vanilla yogurt 2/15

lets just say, the rest of this day was BAD!!!! I can't even remember what I ate. This is terrible but we all have those days........... tomorrow will be a better day

I did it! I made my 10 percent by the skin of my teeth. Not a tenth of a lb. to spare, but I did it.

Wednesday

Morning

ww bar 2

Evening
Chinese tofu with bean curd 8

Total: 20

Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical trainer and hour long body shaping class

scarey shrimp salad in indescribable sauce 3/12
good and small choc chip cookie (warmed on plane) 3/15
dinner in bos:
shrimp fra diavolo: 4 prawns in tomato sauce (mushy) 2/17
pasta 3/20
roll 1/21
couple of DP fries 2/23
dessert at friend's house:
blueberry custard pie (its fruit right? no crust consumed) 5/28
on plane:

exercise: no,no
water: si,si
airplanes: 2700 base miles, 2700 bonus miles, 1000 mile booking bonus at 1/2 way to 7500 bonus, so not bad, but that is my other
obsession currently , trying to gain mileage and lose weight is
hard
