Hi Megan,
If you are on Phase 2, you can have brown rice. If you don't want "real" rice, try taking fresh cauliflower and process it in a food processor until it looks like grains of rice. Saute in a little olive oil (sesame oil if you are doing stirfry) and it will have the consistency of rice.
