LA Weight Loss - New to the group

I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Susana and I have been lurking for a few days and I love the group. I am on my first day of LAWL and I am so glad to have found this group.

HI Calgal - I am in Calgary too. I have been away from LAWL for a while, but intend to go back to the COD tomorrow. Which COD do you go to? I will be 30 on Friday and love camping too!

I go the the one that is on 32nd in the NE. I am going in this morning as my second visit and I get my program, so that is exciting.

Suzanne----I'VE MISSED YOU!!!! You were really on my mind during the All Star Race and the Coca Cola 600 (?) 600 or 500--whatever. You have to go the "Cars" it has a lot of Nascar guys--Dale Jr!

Hi there, im pretty new to LA weight loss too. Im entering into my fourth wk and so far have lost 8.5 lbs, its an awesome feeling to see the pounds start coming off. I really do find that the LA lites help with the sweet tooth but to save money, I went out and bought Luna and Pria bars. My goal is to lose at least 1/2 of my goal weight by August 24/06 for my neices wedding. So wish my luck ladies, and good luck to all!!
