Default Friday planning thread

B - 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, natural peanut butter

S - Horizons organic low fat yogurt, 6 oz blackberries

L - big salad with spinach, 2 oz chicken, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, baby carrots, orange pepper, grape tomatoes, fat free dressing

S - 11 oz watermelon

S - cut up veggies - grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, yellow pepper strips, baby carrots

D - The plan is to go out with 2 friends to Purple, this great cafe/wine bar. We always split the goat cheese/honey/dried cherries with crackers appetizer. For entree, I make a healthy choice and get the blackened salmon salad (romaine, avocado) with the dressing on the side. We will split some sort of chocolate dessert (they have a divine chocolate hazelnut ice cream). I plan to have 1 glass of red wine and 2 cups of coffee with cream. It's my once a week "treat" meal
