Do you measure frozen french fries when they're frozen or after you bake them?
I made some tonight and pre-bake weight was 6 oz, after they were baked they were 3 oz.
So am I counting points before or after I bake them, there's a huge difference from one to the other.:?:

Doesnt it say on the bag how many fries are a serving?

I have a WW Food Companion and it list point values for thousands of foods. It gives the point values for different types of fries either by number of pieces or ounces. 3oz is a serving and I would weigh after you bake. All of these fry servings were either 3 or 4 points. Hope this helps.

Thanks everybody! I'll weigh them after I bake them. :)
The serving on the bag says 3 oz but it doesn't say if it's before or after baking. And the total weight is basically half from frozen to baked, 6 oz frozen comes out 3 oz baked.
