Hey ladies I am starting a new thread on here for anyone who wants to
excerise and better their personal best for fitness.
Lets get together and support each others exercise goals.
Here are the ideas:
1. Plan your excersise for the month
2. Write down one or more goals you wnat to achieve by end of month
3. Write down and affirmation that can help motivate you to exercise.
4. Be honest with your self and feel free to talk about a problem with the ladies (or gents) on the thread.
