Default FINISHED FF POP! Of to gold plan of...

Hi Ladies! I am sooooooo proud of myself for staying 100% on plan the first two days. That seems to have been the hardest thing for me for about 4 months - starting a diet. Even though I have done it a 1/2 dozen times successfully, I could not start! I always slipped or said I will start again Monday. For whatever reason , starting on a mid week day is best for me.

Anyway, I am on the gold plan and it says you can have 6 oz of low sodium canned tuna and the can i have is 5 oz. So the plan is to have an extra ounce of fish when I go to my friends for dinner. I know that having a glass or 2 of wine in exchange for a fruit is probably not a good idea the first day, but we have been planning a dinner and this is somewhat of my "reward" without blowing it. I am also off soon for a 3-4 mile run to offset the wine for the evening.

Just curious of what you fine loosers think of my Plan for the day since this is my first time on my own so to speak:

Breakfast:
1 package plain oatmeal w/ splenda

Mid am snack:
la lite

lunch:
5oz tuna
1 tbl lite mayo
1 small tomato, sliced
1 tbl chopped cucumber in tuna

mid pm snack:
8 oz skim milk in espresso w/splenda

dinner:
Fish ( I think my friend is making ahi or lobster)
1 cup mixed green/veggie salad w/lemon
1/2 cup asparagus (I am guessing that is like 6 stalks??)
2 glasses of red wine (thank God it is a fruit, well it was once)

dessert:
la lite
12 small strawberries w/ff cool whip

of course, I will drown myself in 64+ oz of water and I use Morton's on my food already so I wont have trouble with that.

Any advice/secrets to share??
Thanks!

Brooke - i don't see anything wrong with your plan - I would just be careful of the tuna - especially right after FF/TO due to you retaining a little water from it....Aren't you missing 1 starch?? Other than that - looks good to me

Default Thanks Purple!

You are right! I am missing a starch - I will probably have 1/2 a potato with dinner, I forgot!

I will watch the sodium, I thought tuna would be better than lobster for dinner because of the butter factor!

either way - I don't think it is bad - just if the scale is up a little tomorrow - know that it is probably water

Just wanted to let you know that a glass of wine is usually 2 fruit servings-so be careful. 3oz of wine isn't much . . . . My mom likes wine spritzers and usually does a glass of half wine half of the fizzy stuff-club soda I guess? Anyway-you might consider that if you generally like white wines . . .
