South Beach Diet - Starting Phase Two TOMORROW & I'm a bit scared

Hey all you old time Beachers, (not that you are old, I mean those who have been on the Beach longer than I have:D ) I could really use some advice on what to do or what not to do. I have the blue South Beach book and it shows on the first day of phase 2 you can have 3 fruits, but I thought I saw somewhere you only add one at a time, and only one starch (bread, starchy veggie, etc.:dizzy: ) Please if you feel led to some advice would be greatly appreciated here:D . DH and I have been very faithful on this new journey to healthy eating and living. I appreciate any and all suggestions or comments y'all have to offer! Thanks in advance. I have been printing all the great help here and DH and I go over it together.

honestly what me and my hubby did was add in 1 starch and 1 fruit a day. we are still sticking to that a month and a half later.
it took us a good solid 3-4 weeks to start losing weight after starting ph2. granted we are not exercising yet really either.
