Thanks for posting this, Michelle!

Well, it's June 1st....the beginning of a new month, and the beginning of SUMMER (not official, but for me, anyways). Soooo....I am using this month to get back on track with my eating. I am doing well on my exercise, but I have such a hard time with portion control and snacking. So as of TODAY, I am taking back control...wish me luck!

I'm off to do my am workout, I'll check in later! Let's work to make this thread busy, busy, BUSY!

I've just recently found these board and am learning my way around But I've been doing WATP since January. Today I did a 4 mile WATP. It's a long one, but good!!

We're off to a GREAT start already!

I did the 2 mile Abs workout tonight. I would have liked to do more, but I have to go be a dance MOM at dress rehearsal tonight. Recitals are Sat and Sun.

I didn't get access to a VHS for June 1st, but I did do the Sansone's One Mile Breakdown from Woman's Day and walked 15 additional Minutes at a moderate pace. I can't wait for my DVDs to get here.

I did the Muscle Mile this morning with 3 pound weights. Now it's off to finish grades and clean my room so I can be DONE FOR THE SUMMER!!!!

What do you teach? My mom is a middle school teacher, but she used to teach Kindergarten....she loves kindergarten best, she wants to do that again.

Didn't get access to VCR yesterday - so I did a Get Started 30 minute DVD by Weight Watchers - I will catch up as soon as they arrive.

This morning I did 10 Minute Tone, and Get Up & Get Started 1 Mile. I will move up soon I think. I am still breaking a sweat and getting a burn from the 1 mile.

I did the 3 mile Express workout this afternoon. It is a busy weekend because it's DD's dance recital time! Tonight and tomorrow night at 6pm, she will be dancing on-pointe and tumbling (and getting her 9 year trophy)! Can you tell I'm a proud dance MOM???
