B- protein juice; quaker instant oatmeal; frozen strawberries
S- coffee with fat free cream
S- unsweetened apple sauce
L- small salad (romain lettuce; fat free italian dressing); smoked salmon sandwitch (two pieces whole wheat toast, fat free cream cheese, smoked salmon)
S- not totally sure, probably some thinsations
D- fish, frozen veggies, lipton side kicks
Water- 6 liters
Exercise- 60-80min (as long as I feel okay, I am getting a cold
)
