I really need to get moving. I exercise more than I used to but I am not anywhere near where my drs want me to be. Anyone up for some sort of exercise challenge for June...either an indivdual or group challenge?

I was thinking a minutes challenge. I know that for me it is a struggle to get 30 min in 5 days a week which is the minimum recommendation--let alone get the 60 min, 6 days a week my drs want me to do. For me personally I want to get in 600 minutes of exercise in the month of June--that works out to 30 min, 5 days a week. Maybe we could set an across the board goal of 600 minutes...or we could just individually set our minutes goal based on what we have been working on. I really just need a goal to work on and thought others might too...:) Which would work for you? amandalili 05-31-2006, 09:22 PM Irish - I'd like to do it. Do we report each day of our activities or once a month? Let us know. You started the challenge sister! :carrot: amandalili 05-31-2006, 09:23 PM AthenaC, you've lost a good bit of weight. Congrats!!
