Food Talk And Fabulous Finds - 3 Hour Diet Meal Ideas?

Hi!!! Does anyone have recipies other that are in JC's book for meal ideas? I have been on this diet for a while and doing well, however I am bored with the food. Lately I have been making my own custom plates, however I would like a little excitement with my meals.
