Good move, Mistykins. Good luck. Should I post here or is this just for you? If we all post on the same thread, I'll just let my old one fade into oblivion.

Anyway, here's today so far

Revival Soy Protein bar -- 5
Soy crisps and salsa -- 2.5
LC pot stickers -- 4
Activa Yogurt -- 2.5
2 tortillas with ff cheese -- 4

UGH -- 34.

Okay, you guys...I went to a nutritionist today. She said that Weight Watchers is the most sensible "diet" out there, but she also said that she doesn't think I'm eating enough! (Oh my gosh, i wanted to hug her!!) She said that she thinks I need to up my calories a bit and have those calories come from more veggies and protein. Hmm..if only I was a good cook!! She wants me to look more at the new food pyramid.

I've been good on points, but I haven't had time to post my menu. I've been insanely busy.

Oh yeah, she told me that I should be exercising 60-90 minutes most days. Yeah, who has that amount of time!?!
