Default 30 lbs gone!
I stepped on the scale this morning-and I have officially lost 30 lbs !

I know I still have a ways to go to my short and long term goals, but I couldn't have been happier about hitting this mark. It's only taken me about 9weeks to get here, and I couldn't have done it without the support and advise from all of you here!

I'm so happy I found this forum, because I don't get much support from home. I can't thank you guys enough for helping me stay on track!

Thanks so much, you guys-I never thought I'd be here so quickly when I started this, because doing this alone I didn't have the confidence. I come here every day for inspiration, ideas, and sometimes a little willpower-
I watch so many of you here that have been doing this for so much longer than me, and admire you for your dedication and successes. It's a big part of what's made me get this far, and what's gonna help get me through the rest of it! I still have a long way to go, but reaching a milestone like this makes me more determined
