WW Food and Point Issues - how main points in alfredo sauce??

ok i went to a luncheon and they served a small grilled chicken breast on pasta w/ veggies and alfredo sauce. i took off as much sauce as possible and barely touched the pasta. could anybody estimate how many points this would be?

My book says for regular store bought 1/2c. 10pts. so calculate from there. :) HTH!
