Default A major NSV for me
Yesterday, for the first time in my life, I liked what I saw when I looked at myself naked in the mirror. Yes, I saw all the little imperfections that we tend to obsess over... but I realized then just how much I really love my body. Yeah, I jiggle when I walk. So what? Not a big deal. I'm in better shape now than I've ever been in my life, and I feel wonderful. I'm not to my goal weight, I'm not to my goal shape... but I love my body. I love myself. For the first time in my life, I really, truely love myself. Completely.

that is so awesome lady!!!!!!!!! I have never had that feeling... even at 110 lbs...

Lydia, that is one wonderful feeling. Congrats to you. It's funny, I've been thinner in my lifetime, but I felt the best about myself when I was actually kind of fuller. I realize that its all about how I see myself. I'm glad you borught this up!

Congratulations, that is a great NSV. I am not yet at goal, but I am happy with my body too. It isn't perfect, but I accept it. Looking in the mirror naked is something that I can handle . I am proud of the changes I have made and know that I am so much healthier now.

Thank you, everyone! I've found that my mood the last three days has been AMAZING! I've been dancing around half the time because I feel so carefree now. It's odd, but so good.
