Snack: Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs with equal and skim

Snack: 10 large red seedless grapes

I'm starving. What is up with me?

Lunch: Dr. Praegger's california burger, FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit cup peaches

Snack 2: Core Frosty

Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken, Oven wedges with olive oil rubbed on, fresh broccoli

Snack: 2 WW Mint patties

Dear Lord...this was a big eating day.
