Hi all. New here and looking for a great recipe. I did the biggest loser diet for a bit a while back and they had a great recipe for blueberry bran muffins with tons of fiber. I've really committed to WW now and am doing well. But I want that recipe. Anybody a member of that site still who would be willing to post or email it to me? Mweek82@yahoo.com
I'd appreciate it!

(I buy frozen blueberries from costco and microwave them to thaw and drain juice. ) again, I try to make these on sunday.
Also, I try to make sure there is cut up grapefruit to grab for mid a.m. or p.m. snack and I have cut up celery w/ creamcheese or peanut butter; both are easy to grab. good luck. (those recipes and ideas were from the Biggest Loser website)

Thank you so much. I Yahoo-ed it and had no luck.

These are really good, by the way. I highly recommend them. I'm going to go figure out the WW points but with all that bran flour I'm sure they're ok.

I bought the flax and bran when I was doing this diet and it's sitting in my fridge going to waste. Now I can make a bunch of these and freeze them.
