Breakfast: Oatmeal with skim, equal, and fresh blueberries

Lunch: Dr. Praeger's california burger (healthy oil), FF cottage cheese, and Del Monte fruit natural cup pineapple

Dinner: Cornmeal chicken made on my George Foreman Grill, Oven fries (2 points for 2 tsp canola oil), broccoli with ICBINB light (2 points)

Dessert: Orange Dreamsicle (.5 point)
