Hi guys

Just wanted to share with you I have lost 9lb in 8 days it really does pay to stick to it!! I am so excited as it has beenreally tuff the last week.

Like others have said, don't be dissapointed if you dont lose as much in the next few weeks-It'll just be your body adjusting to the loss. You will be at goal in no time! xx
