Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and a banana

Lunch: Dr. Praegger's california burger, FF cottage cheese and Del Monte fruit natural cup peaches, drained

Snack: 1/2 cup of Orange Dreamsicle (.5 point)

Dinner: Core Meat Sauce over ww rotini noodles, large serving of fresh green beans with ICBINB light (2 points)

Snack: Popcorn with ICBINB (4 points)

I'll go delete the post I made last night ... your title is more interesting than mine anyway.

Breakfast: Don't ask. I was hungry.
Snack: pineapple
Lunch: grilled chicken and broccoli
Snack if needed: popcorn
Dinner: LO baked potato with FF cheese and sour cream
