Well, back in February I did P1 and lost 12 pounds the first two weeks. I moved onto p2 and lost about another 4 pounds and then...our anniversary and my husbands birthday hit. I went off, and have struggled since. That was the end of March. I still adhere to the whole grains/good carbs but I've gotten that sugar craving back and it makes me loose control every few days. I've played with losing and gaining the same two pounds for about 6 weeks now and I'm getting aggrivated at myself!
Today I made the commitment to go back to p1 and get on the darn ablounger again!
I used it yesterday and today and I've p1 since I got up. Did the food shopping today, the 'frig is bursting with veggies and protiens. I'm determined to start this up again. I've got one month and about 6 days until we go on our very first cruise and i'm determined to lose at least a bit by then. My clothes fit, I want them to be comfy and even a bit loose! I also need to get back on this web site EVERY DAY for reminders and moral support!!
I just noticed my weight ticker is wrong...it's actually higher than it should be...I'll have to change THAT fast! I was 187 this morning.
