So, I'm due for my third Curves workout today and I am coming down with a head cold (my ten year old started it, dangit!) My throat also feels like slime. So what is the verdict on exercising when you don't feel well? I hate to miss my third workout, but I'm wondering how effective I'll be and how I'll feel afterwards.

I know how you feel. I've been fighting a cold all last week and when I finally went to the Dr. on Monday I have strep. I haven't worked out in about a week. When I started feeling better on Wednesday I tried getting back on my Gazelle I started coughing like crazy. :cry: My stomach muscles are killing me from coughing so much. I'm going to try getting back on my gazelle again this weekend. I've been sticking to my diet though so I don't gain any weight. I've been lucky I didn't have the monsterous throat pain like I had the last time. Hope you feel better.
