Uh oh..I think that maybe I'm eating the wrong Ricotta Cheese. The one I bought is Ricotta Light and it's 5% MF. I've just noticed that I'm supposed to be using part skim, not the same right??

In general part skim and LF cheese is okay -- look for cheeses that are less than 6% fat ...
