Awesome job!!!! Hitting those milestones makes all this hard work worthwile. When you think about cheating or giving up, just think about those 20 pounds you've gotten rid of. Here's to many more milestones you'll be seeing along the way. Congrats!!!!

It really did, I find that eating healthy again has given me a better appreciation for the food I do stick in my mouth. With all the fruit and veggies I have been eating it seems like everything tastes better. Even the treats I do allow my self like a timmies Iced Cap or donut. Best of all though is the feeling of self discipline I feel when I turn that donut or timbit. It like I have finally seen the light and control when it comes to food! Mind you I have my bad days when I get stressed out and I reach for the quickest, easiest (and usually most fattening) snack. But every pound lost is one closer step to my final goal. For me this is more than just a diet it a change of life for the better.
