Exclamation Marvelous May Monday Menu

Wow - guess I"m first?

Breakfast: fresh fruit salad, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: veggies (carrots, cucumber, celery) w/dip, eggplant salad, 6 mini-pitas

Snack:?? banana and/or apple, water

Dinner: coq au vin, potatoes or brown rice (depending on time for cooking?), baby carrots, broccoli

Snack: decaf nf cappucino w/splenda

Ok, well I am new to this board and new to core. I did WW a long time ago, I think I am going to love core...I am just so used to easy foods, though, it is hard to get used to all the cooking!

Breakfast - polenta and cauliflour (left over from dinner)
Snack - Mango
Lunch - chicken breast and more polenta (I made a TON)
4pm snack - Apple
Dinner - Hot pasta salad (made with core foods) and a cold tomoto salad with 1 point wirth of goat cheese.
Desert (if hungry) - mango or orange

I am still getting the hang of this!

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: Sirloin burger with FF cheddar cheese and raw onion on a bun (3 points) and fresh fruit salad (at least two servings)

At the Show: 2 WW Mint Patties (2 points)

Dinner: Chipotle?

sounds like some good eating going on here. mine is not totally core, but here it is:

b--diet toast, 1 slice bacon, spreadable fruit
l--grilled mahi mahi, oo, broccoli, peas, roasted potatoes, fat free gravy (about a tablespoon)
s--cherry smoothie (getting that milk in)
d--lean ham, ff cheese, mustard, diet bread, lettuce, tomatoes
s--banana, 2 oranges
s--sf bar

S.ff sf banana pudding
D. core chicken fried rice
S. Probably fruit
