Shew! I thought for sure I would have a gain this week. My hubby and I went on a manager's retreat with his company and I did induldge more than usual. I had a great time and we did do a lot of walking.
Back on track this week, looking forward to a lose for next week.
This week I'm 6.5!! Don't know how it happened since I wasn't really trying that hard but I'll take it. I should clarify, I lost that over the last couple of weeks. I'm not weighing myself every week anymore, just whenever the heck I feel like.
My weigh-in was on Monday and I'm up 4 pounds since my last weigh-in. It's all vacation weight and I'm not changing my ticker. I'm hoping to have it all shed very soon!
It's not very hard to gain 4 lbs. on a cruise. I've been on 2 of them and the food is fabulous and non-stop. You did very well if all you gained was 4 lbs. They will come off before you know it.
My official weigh in day is usually Sunday, but weigh myself every day to keep an eye on things. Today I had to change my weight tracker. It is official, 4 weigh ins in a row all read the same, I am UP to 233! 5lbs more than I had thought. SIGH 33 lbs from ONEderland, when I was so sure, back in September, that I would be immersed in ONEderland by now.
But hey, I'm only 34 lbs from ONEderland! I'll get there, just watch me!
I am down 1.5 this week, taking my GRAND total to 19. That kinda snuck up on me.. people starting to notice as well. I guess thats also because I dropped from an 18 to a size 14.. wow.. I didn't even realize this..
Ok, I can't resist......Since this Monday's weigh-in, I'm down 8 pounds!! That was my 3-week goal! -- and I made it in 4 days! Gotta love a jumpstart, huh?
