Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, equal, and skim

Lunch: Healthy Choice Split pea and ham soup; some saltines with ICBINB light (points)

Dinner: Core sirloin chili with cornbread

Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie

hello to you all. this is the first time im writing so i dont know if im in the right thread. its also my very first time for following the core program. im doing it at home. sounds like everyone is doing a great job. my question is i want to know if im doing the program correctly. can someone please let me know. this is what i had yesturday.

breakfast: strawberries, banana, avacado, ww tortilla (1pt) potatoe obriens cooked in 2 tsp olive oil.

snack: f/f sugarfree pudding

dinner: sp rice (5pts) 1 cup, shrimp soup all core foods, strawberries,
with splenda.

late snack: 3 tacos from jack in the box (9pts)

Your salad sounds AMAZING!

Breakfast (brunch?) 12 noon: 2 bowls hot cornmeal cereal w/some butter and light cream, earl grey tea w/splenda and milk

snack: fruit salad

At sil's? Bringing some baby carrots and dip - also have a bag of baked potato chips I might bring along as well - don't want to end up eating too much junk food there.

Dinner: grilled chicken breast marinated in atkins bbq sauce, potatoes, broccoli (or other veggie)

...and some diet pepsi of course!

I didn't get my salad. Neither of us felt like going out. I'll have it next week. Bummer.

B. 2 eggs, 2 slices canadian bacon, tomatoes
S. core corn bread
L.Chili made w/90 % ground beef. ( 5pts)
S. popcorn (made my own to take with me to the movies)
D. ww Pasta with home made core sauce, parmesan cheese 2pts
S. probably some fruit
