For me, I started SBD on 4/26/04. It's been almost 2 years and I've lost 130+ pounds. I lost about 120+ by last November and it's been slow going since then. Christmas and such took its toll...mostly because I was too busy to eat my snacks and eat the right foods rather than because I was cheating. Just eating too much OP foods and not enough veggies and water...plus no exercising.
I had an accident with a spinning bike last February and haven't been able to exercise much since then. Hope to start next week if my leg is completely healed!
