Default fish oil

I am reading the magazine "Celeb Diet & Fitness" (from the makers of People magazine) about 3 different diets to help you lose 10 pounds--a 10 day, a 5 week, and a 10 week diet. In one of the articles (on page 38 if you have the magazine) it says something I thought some of you might find interesting:

"The more fish you eat on the 5-week plan, the better," says Goglia. "Fish oils stimulate your metabolism."

He also says drink about 1/2-1 oz. of water for each pound of body weight.

Philip Goglia is a nutritionist and fitness expert and the author of Turn Up the Heat: Unlock the Fat-Burning Power of Your Metabolism.

I guess that makes sence, does it say anything about the mercury that is in some fish? I know they say to much fish is bad for you. That is just a thought. I may have to look him up on the internet.
