Default Bride's maid in september

I was just asked by my sister in law to be a bride's maid in her wedding..
It is september 9th so i have 4 months to drop as much weight as i can (safely)

I really don't want to be the "Fat bride's maid"..

Does anyone have any tips for me?.. i just started doing weight watchers at home, I don't go to meetings (can't afford them right now) and i don't know anyone personally who has been on weight watchers.

I'm looking for low point snack and meal ideas that will help me with my endevor.

also if anyone would like to be a buddy with me could you please PM me

First of all, congrats to you for being asked to be in the wedding. I'm a WW, and I'd say just do WW the same way you would if you weren't in the wedding. I mean, don't try to lose faster than you should. I noticed you used the word Safely, so it sounds to me that you have a pretty good head on your shoulders.

One way to make snacking on veggies not so boring is to use salsa as a dip. If you add 1 T FF Ranch dressing to 1/4 cup salsa, it's only 1 point, and you'll feel as though you had a treat.

Keep focused on the big picture, and you'll do fine.

It is pretty easy to get 10lbs per month on WW by just sticking to the diet and not going on any hiatus during the summer.

Best of luck on losing the weight!
