South Beach Diet - I am back, and FAT!!!

Well, I strayed so far away from the beach it is not funny....I guess what I really need is someone to be my buddy..(I guess I need a friend..LOL) I need someone who will keep me accountable. Anyone willing to help???? I am back on Phase 1 as of today. I will do a real weigh in tomorrow and see how much I have put on..I am guessing I am at about 167, but I will update my ticker tomorrow!!

Don't fret! Along with weezle I'd love to help support you. I just joined SBD so I'm still at the early stages; it can be like going along the journey together! Pride yourself in finding your way back. You can do it again! It's a great time of year to start: the sun and great weather I'm sure will help. We'll be here, along with the rest of the 3FC community.

I did GREAT!!! I was very proud of myself (should I say that?) We had some friends over last night and ordered pizza...I ate a big salad and cottage cheese!!! I stayed OP all day, and even drank 88 oz of water..and I hate water...I must retrain myself to drink it all of the time!! Thanks for the support!!

it's bp magazine (for bipolar disorder) www.bphope.com is their website. they've interviewed the likes of carrie fisher and patty duke and jane pauley! woohoo!
I've written and self published a book called The Crazy Inside: A poetic journey through manic depression and a freelance writer got a hold of my book and loved it and she interviewed me and asked me to write an article about my upcoming memoir (which will HOPEFULLY be published by a house....) and she's also doing a review of The Crazy Inside and I'll need a headshot for it! (my avatar pic is from about 20 lbs ago!)
eep! I'm so nervous but I can't wait.... :D

Thanks so much, I have no idea when it is! That's why I'm kind of freaking out. I know that the writer is still working on my interview and review, and after that I will have to write an article to go along with it so I'm hoping I have at least a month....maybe two, but that might be stretching it! ;)

I did great again!!! Completely OP and all of my water, aven went power walking at lunch time!! What about you? How did you do?

Great!! The exercise will totally help you along as well.
I think I did pretty well. I had 2 slices of whole grain bread (I'm trying to see how it affects me) and I added a pear for my 1 fruit. Even got a mini work out in too! I really need to work on drinking enough water. Up here tap water is so nasty - a water filter helps a lot but it still is difficult.
I hope day 3 goes great for you! :)
