Default Time Saving Flavor

This is not really a recipe but it is a wonderful trick that my friend taught me.

Pour a can/box of your favorite chicken stock into an ice tray and freeze. Once frozen, pop them out and place in a zip-lock bag and keep in the freezer.

Now everytime I fix veggies, etc. I just pop in one cube and instate flavor.

They are also great to add in stir-fry in place of some oil and in the water for brown rice.

Enjoy and thanks for all the great tips you've given me.
