Lottie, I used to be OBSESSED with fitday, but I've gotten to the point where I really don't need to use it. I've been dieting for so long that I have a pretty good grasp of what I'm eating. I've just switched back to South Beach from Weight Watchers, so I'm used to doing the "counting" and I definitely always check labels. It's easier for me to just keep track of it in my head than boot up the computer, log onto fitday, and plug it all in, ya know? I would love to be your diet buddy!

I'm very thankful that I can have meat-substitutes now on Ph1. Try to stay positive with me. We're getting rid of all the CRAP in our bodies! WOO HOO! (And losing weight on top of it!)
