My daughter and I went for a walk yesterday. We took the dog, went down the trail by the creek, crossed at the bridge to the park. We used the swings for a few minutes and then continued our walk. We crossed over the bridge that goes above the Freeway (wow that felt weird having all those cars rushing at us from below), then walked back to the creek path, across the bridge near the Plaza (shopping mall), then around the other side of Sears, down 3rd street, back up through the shopping area at railroad square, back up to 6th street across the railroad yard, then up to 7th and back home.

I couldn't say how long we walked for, but my knee was a little swollen today so I know it was awhile. It was fun though.

I went, I did 30 min on the treadmill.......and its overwith!! Just one of those days, ya know?

Finally mowed my lawn this morning. That is enough of a workout for anyone. I hand mowed it and we have close to an acre. I really had to push because the grass was long and wet:mad:.

Tammy, I want 10 minutes today. I don't care what you do -- go out and walk around the block or something -- but you need to do 10 minutes.

I did 70 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes of strength training lower body.

Thanks for keeping an eye out for my pouting! I was sick yesterday with stomack bug I guess and I am just tired today....but on weight day I will wish I had done something today!!!

Just got back from Curves. And I'm weighing and measuring again tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Okay this is why I have to exercise first thing in the morning!

I did not get anything done yesterday when I got home from work we had people in and out of house :dizzy: and they would not leave. We ended up feeding some dinner :( and it was just nuts till like ten!!:mad:

Then once again I did not get up early enough to walk.:o I will just do stairs during lunch.:^:

I did 70 minutes on the treadmill this morning and 25 minutes of strength training - upper body.

I don't like putting 43 for my age in the treadmill instead of 42. :mad:

I'd like to kick off a challenge (Because it worked before for me)!

Let's see what kinda steps you can turn in each day for a week. Let's start Sunday so everyone will have a chance to get on board. We will post daily reports here!

Way to go Tammy on your 4 lbs.

Just got back from Curves and was all ready to mow and the mower won't start. :devil: grrrrr. Now I'll have to do it tomorrow.

So I'm way behind on logging on this. As is everyone else (hee hee). Who turns this into a sticky for us?

Yesterday I did 60 minutes treadmill and then a 50 minute walk with my husband last night.

Today I did 70 minutes treadmill and 15 minutes strength training.

Hockey, you are such a dynamo. It is so nuts right now I just can't seem to find the time and energy for a real work out. I am getting extra steps in where I can and am loosing 'cause I being very careful but I just admire you and look forward to this nutty time of the year for High School teachers to pass!

I just got back from curves. Last week was really hectic so I only went twice, but back on track for at least 4 times this week.

Today was 50 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0 mph (finally) with an incline program.

hey hey it's me! I'm counting the bouncing around I did tonight as dancing. So that'll equal at least 2 miles. I was there from 6:30 til 10ish....but I wasn't bouncing:dance: the whole time :lol:
