I started SBD on March 21 and lost 8 lbs before April 1. During April, I lost an additional 13 lbs :carrot:

I'm scratched for the month. I lost 6 but 5 of that was in the last three days due to food poisining. So I'm not sure where I stand. Not changing my ticker yet and will do my regular weigh-in tomorrow.
