Weight Watchers - Time of the Month & Weight Question

Sorry if any of this is TMI...

I just got my first period since starting WW. I was expecting a weight gain the week before I got it or at least during it from bloating and such (since that used to happen prior to dieting) but instead I've been losing weight. I'm addicted to the scale and hop on it every morning. (I know, I know, I shouldn't do that...) And each day I've been dropping four ounces to a full pound since my period started.

Is this normal? How does your time of the month effect your weight, if at all?

i usually lose weight, too, but in ounces only. .6 and .8 seem to be the magic TOM numbers for me!

the average woman gains 4-6 pounds during TOM however a weight loss program can or cannot show that. :)

I've never gained much during my TOM, and I've been a scale addict even when it was going up  But every woman is different...

I lost weight the week of TOM, then had a small gain the next week. Who knows how it works!

I lost weight the week of TOM, then had a small gain the next week. Who knows how it works! Everyone woman is different as to when she can possibly show a gain during her cycle. Some it is the week of TOM, some the week before, and some the week after.
