well 1600 was too hard for me in April(and I didn't even make it). I felt like to be successful I could never take a day off so I'll go back to 1500

Alrighty, I'm going to try this challenge. But, I have a small goal of 500 minutes. I figure it's best to start off slow and work your way up.
Goal: 500
May 1 - 40mins (2mile stroll - outside)
May3 - 21mins (Gazelle)
May 11 - 60mins (really like 8hours of crazy cleaning. i broke a sweat so it counts!)
May 18 - 37mins (2mile stroll - outside. and yay for cutting 3mins off my time!) 15mins (weights &crunches)
May 24 - 35mins (2mile walk - outside. cut 2 more mins off my time!) 15mins (weights & crunches)
May 25 - 34mins (2mile walk - 1min less!) 11mins (weights and crunches)
