im looking for a weight loss buddy between the ages of 18-22!i need some support badly .im 18 years old,my height is 5,4 and my starting weight was 240lbs now i weigh 196lbs im hoping to get to 150-160lbs.
I am 22 and in a similar situation to yourself. I need to be 146lbs to be within my recommended weight group. I am the same height as you and I have also lost quite a bit. How have you shed yours? What kind of exercises did you do?
