Hi 3
We have one. I guess it depends on what your level of fitness training is already. Its way better than nothing but i'm not really sold on the results for anyone thats been working out regularly or semi-regularly. Actually I think its good for anyone without access to other means or even as an alternate for a little diversity to your workouts-like throw in a day of TG rather than weights or cardio. (you know maybe a low motivation kind of day--cuts the guilt factor-at least you've done something). Hope that helps.

bumping b/c I'm supposed to decide which one I want for my next weight loss goal gift {which I should hit next week!} and I'm wondering which one is best and where to get it for the best price?

We just bought a Total Gym. LOVE IT so far! I was surprisingly sore the next day, wasn't really expecting to be, I felt it was a great workout. DH loves it as well. I also use a treadmill with wrist weights. And DVD's. I have a variety of things to do.. When I actually exercise.
