I'm so new to core starting today, just made the change from flex. I just found this recipe on the box of shredded wheat that I was about to put away and am pretty sure that it is core, and it looks pretty good from the picture. If I'm wrong and it isn't core, let me know and I'll delete it:

2 cups bits size shredded wheat cereal, crushed to 1 cup
1/2 tsp season salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup fat free mayo
2 tsp mustard
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips or chunks

Preheat oven to 400
Combine cereal, season salt, paprika and garlic powder.
Combine mayo and mustard.
Stir chicken into mayo/mustard mix, then roll into cereal mixture, coat evenly.
Place on rack in shallow baking pan
Bake 12 - 15 minutes until strips are no longer pink in center
Makes 25 - 30

Sounds good.......I would make it tonight if I had FF mayo in the house. Let me know if anyone tries it, or if I made a mistake and it isn't core.

Oh on second thought, cereal without milk isn't core. But maybe you could just drink a glass with supper??
