Birth Control and Past Health Problems
I have a broad questions, but maybe someone has had similar experiences..
About 5 years ago I was anorexic, gained the weight back and about 10 extra pounds. Now that has obviously created some problems as I try to lose those 10 pounds... my body holds onto everything as hard as I try. I am not sure how to reverse the damage I have done to my body. Also, I am on the birth control pill Ovcon and believe that it has also contributed to this. I am not really sure I want to go off the pill, so I may not have a choice with that, but maybe someone out there has some input on either of these issues...
