I only lost .8lbs on my first WI. However, I wasn't working the program. I joined a week before I wanted to officially start to program in order to plan. I started working the program my 2nd week and lost 5lbs. My sister who weighed about what you weigh lost almost 7lbs the first week she was on program. Hope that gives you encouragment.
I lost over 7 pounds! However, it was most likely water weight. You will probably lose more the first week or so but don't be disappointed if it's only a pound. Your goal for 239 is very reasonable. Good Luck!
I lost 5 pounds my first week. and I am still losing a couple a week. I agree that water wieght is the first thing you lose. I think you will hit your goal with no problem!
I lost 6.6 lbs at my first WI, then 3.8 the week after. I was floored. I have had consistent losses since i started, even through Christmas, New Year's, Valentines, etc.... my first gain was after Easter, and it was only 1.4. Came right back off the week after. This plan works if you work it. I love WW!!!
My first weigh in last week i lost 4 pounds..Im going on my second week and Im keepin my fingers crossed ! I have a friend who seems to be loosing about 2 pounds a week.. we'll se thursday how this week goes for me
