well, this is going to sound cheesy and shmaltzy, but one day at a time. just jump back in. the apprehension of doing it is much worse than actually climbing back up on that wagon. and you could start now and possibly be 30 pounds lighter come august, or august could come anyway and you could be right where you started still.

i know you can do this!

Try reviewing your materials and start back from book 1. Also check your fridge and cupboard for things that have snuck back into your eating plan and start fresh.

Also a good idea is to review your journals from when you were losing to see what was working for you.

Use your wedding dress as your motivational tool.

If you are attending meetings then have a one on one discussion with your leader after class to see if she has some suggestions.

First of all Congrats on your upcoming marriage!!!

With regard to your WL...the first step I would suggest is take a deep breathe and relax. Planning a wedding and getting ready for marriage is a super stressful time in your life. Give yourself some "me time" to allow yourself to relax and focus. It doesn't matter what you do as long as it helps you relax. If you're not relaxed then you won't enjoy what is one of the happiest times in your life AND you're less likely to lose the weight.

Second thing, plan, plan and plan somemore. Review all you're books and meeting materials (if you've gone to meetings). Plan out menus following all the guidelines. It is possible for you to lose 30lbs by August if you plan. You can still have your showers and parties with all the goodies that go with it and still lose weight if you plan.

If I sound like I'm lecturing you, I'm sorry. That's not my intent. It's from experiance that I'm talking. I lost 50lbs in the 6 months before my wedding. However I gained the 50lbs plus somemore back in the 6 months after the wedding because I didn't lose it the right way. It was the stress that helped me lose the weight (by not eating) and it was the stress that helped me put it back on.

I hope this helped. Good luck!
