Does anyone have links to where I can buy online low carb items? Or could anyone tell me what to ask for at a health store?

Specifically looking for snack bars and flour substitutes.

I live in a rural area, so I have the same problem. I have found some good deals for the Atkins snack bars on Ebay, as well as the bake mix. You can buy them from, but they are of course more expensive. I also found a site called, which also sells all of these products very cheap in bulk, but have not yet purchased from there. Walgreens website also carries the snack and morning start bars. My grocer and walmart sell one or two items in snack bars that are low carb, but I have yet to find a store that carries bake mix. Hope this helps!

I ordered from Netrition yesterday, they have a great selection.

Ty Kim for the suggestion!

NEtrition is great! I can't wait until I get out of induction. I just want a muffin every now and again, and low carb is definitely the way to go. THanks for the great sites!

Anyone want to share their favorite products they've ordered from this site?

I ordered a few, but I'm surprised at how many of them are not gluten-free and have wheat in them.

:^: :p :D That is my problem I have to be so careful not to get anything with gluten or dairy in it. And all of the bake mixes I see has one or both.:woo: :woops:
