A Friend Of Mine Had A Regular Gazelle, Dont Have The Tensions And Things With It, She Sold It To Me For 50 Bucks,, (cant Go Wrong With That) However, A 20 Minute Work Out , Got The Heart A Pumping, But I Felt It Know Where Else, Is This A Machine That You Actually Dont Feel It, But You Will See Results?
What results are you after? The Gazelle is an excellent cardio workout, and it also strengthens the muscles on the front of the thigh. However, it's not designed to be a total-body strength trainer. That's why I alternate Gazelle workouts with other types of workouts, such as step aerobics with weights (i.e., The Firm).
