Dinner: ww spaghetti with broccoli, diced tomatoes and chicken

Breakfast: Small bowl of shredded wheat and bran, small banana, skim and equal

Lunch: Rits bits (mini breakdown while starving)(4 points)

Dinner: Sirloin burger with FF cheddar and large serving of fresh fruit
