hi, I'm new on here. I'm about 5'3 1/2" and i weigh about 130lbs. I know i am at a healthy weight, but i am completely out of shape and eat terribly. And because of this i look horrible. I just feel like I have this extra layer of fat that i want to shed. My goal really is just to look and feel better by being healthier, eating better, and excercising more. I also would love to look good in a bikkini for summer time
So I am completely new at dieting and it seems like everyone on here is making great progress and seeing results, congrats by the way!
and i was wondering for someone on a diet what is a good amount of calories, carbs, sodium etc. that i should be getting daily? and what about excercising? what are some good excercises? and what is a good amount of exercise to be getting? and any tips on some yummy foods that are still very good for me? thanks to anyone who responds!
