This is the date that I want to have reached my mini target. I want to be at least a stone lighter by then. It's what, 7 weeks away.

Right, what I propose to do is buy an exercise bike and ride on that for an hour in the morning before I go to work. When I get home I am going to run for an hour in the evening. Running for this long burns me approximately 800 calories!

Im going to eat healthily, Bran flakes for breakfast, a beef or chicken sandwich and a youghurt for lunch, and soup or rice in the evening.

Can I do it? I hope so, Im going to give it my everything - Im sick of walking around having people looking at me thinking god she must eat all day!
